Remove the excess moisture of the cauliflower by placing them in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it resembles rice. You can also use a box grater to achieve a similar texture.
Transfer the riced cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the microwaved cauliflower, almond flour (or ground oats), grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and the egg. Mix until well combined.
Place the cauliflower mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Use your hands to press it into a thin, even circle, forming the pizza crust.
Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the crust onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
Place the topped pizza back into the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
