Stir in the crushed tomatoes, the spaghetti mix, tomato paste, oregano, basil, onion powder, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. This helps the flavors meld and the sauce to thicken.
Use an immersion blender or transfer the sauce to a blender to puree until smooth.
