  • 2 cups Below Zero pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, sliced banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using). If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a handful of ice cubes. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour the pineapple smoothie into a bowl and garnish with any fruits you like and your favorite granola.
