  • 40 Below Zero asparagus spears, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat your grill to 350°F.
  2. Pat the asparagus spears to dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and trim the tough ends of the asparagus spears.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss the asparagus spears in this mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place the marinated asparagus directly on the preheated grill grates. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the asparagus is tender and has a nice char.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the grilled asparagus.
  6. Transfer the grilled asparagus to a serving platter and serve immediately with salmon or a dish of your choice.
