  • 2 cups Below Zero chopped spinach
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and segmented
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1-2 cups water or coconut water

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen chopped spinach, green apple slices, cucumber slices, lemon segments, and peeled ginger.
  2. Pour in 1 or 2 cups of water or coconut water, depending on your desired thickness for the juice.
  3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more liquid.
  4. Pour the green juice into glasses, serve cold.
